On All US Orders


All orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail with the tracking number (unless other arrangements are made up front). We do not ship on holidays and weekends.


All orders are shipped via economy (2-4 weeks) option. NO tracking is available for international shipment. Customer is responsible for ALL customs, duties, taxes, and other fees associated with international deliveries. Due to various customs regulations and processes, all of which vary by country, time of year, and political conditions, international shipments may be delayed for up to 8 weeks.


Returns Policy

Please be advised the following are NOT subject to refund:
1. Shipping fees
2. Products customized in any way


All non-custom returns must be in original packaging with receipts, and not worn. All buyers must notify us of their wish to return the items within 24 hrs of receiving your package. Delivery confirmation will show us when you received the package. This is non-negotiable to prevent people wearing an item for 1 night and then returning it for a refund. These items are hand-made and take time, they are not factory produced.

For non-custom made sizes and items there is a re-stocking fee of $5.00 for collars/accessories and $10.00 for each pair of restraints.

If you want to return an item, please follow the simple procedure:
1. Please contact us for my shipping address.
2. Put the item into well packed envelope with some filler inside, so that the product will not be damaged. Kindly obtain a tracking number.
3. E-mail us tracking number. I will make a refund to your original form of payment upon package arrival.
